Where I work there
are a number of creative individuals.
I’m not creative, and more of a logical,
analytical thinker. I know these
creative thinkers work differently than
I do. Since I’m the manager of my
department, I feel compelled to step in
and change the process, one that fits my
style of thinking and management, in
other words, directing the creative
thinkers to adjust more to my style. Is
this alright?
